Standalone mode

 <li>No login is necessary, ensuring notes are solely stored on the user's device.</li>
 <li>If desired, local notes can be uploaded to an anotepad.com account by logging in at a later time.</li>
</ul>

Connected mode
<ul>
 <li>By logging in with a free anotepad.com account, notes are synced with the anotepad.com cloud server.</li>
 <li>Access notes across multiple devices and via the anotepad.com website using a web browser.</li>
</ul>

Note Sharing

<ul>
 <li>Notes can be shared as plain Text or as online Web pages.</li>
 <li>In standalone mode, sharing is limited to Text. Logged-in users can generate instant note web pages and share URLs.</li>
</ul>

Note Permission

<ul>
 <li>When sharing a note as an online web page, users have note permission settings:</li>
 <li>Private Note: Only the creator can view and edit.</li>
 <li>Public Note: Accessible to anyone with the URL.</li>
 <li>Password Protected Note: Requires a password for viewing.</li>
</ul>

If Guest Editing is enabled on a note, individuals with the editing password can make changes on the anotepad.com website.
